Ugandan dancehall new kid on the block Khalifa Aganaga will continue to excite Londoners this weekend when he performs live at the Ugandan club night in South London, Tuddeyo e Kampala. The vibrant young singer will be joining event dubbed The Last TeK of the Year that is scheduled for Sunday 7th at Club 791 in Thornton Heath, Croydon. Also expected on the night is celebrated DJ Erycom from Sweden.
In the countdown to the end of the year, DJ Shady will be joining resident DJ Bobby and DJ Bonz who will be playing the best Ugandan music of 2014 alongside Uganda's favourite music. Tuddeyo e Kampala also hosts the TeK BBQ Lounge that serves up tasty bites from 5PM. READ MORE
The GRAJOH End of Year Party line-up was finalised Thursday morning when artists from Kampala arrived in London. Sheebah Karungi and AK47 together with manager Jeff Kiwa were met by the GRAJOH team of Mr and Mrs Mujungu. They will be performing alongside songstress Iryn Namubiru who arrived in London separately. Also performing at the talent management and PR company's end of year gig will be the UK-based talent of MC Moseh, VJ OJ, Leah Habz, Angelina Nabuufu and Rwandese singer Kitoko. UK-based designer Jose Hendo took the Kampala fashion scene on her creative journey when she showcased four of her collections at the maiden Kampala Fashion Week.
